Contact Us

Aletheia Equine welcomes enquiries from riders and owners seeking support for their horses. Whether you are enquiring about in-person sessions, on-property services, or remote consultations, this page outlines how to get in touch and what to expect once you do.

Aletheia Equine is based in Victoria, Australia. In-person services are available by arrangement, with on-property support offered for specific services. Remote consultations are available Australia-wide and internationally.

The best way to make contact is via the enquiry form below. This allows relevant information to be shared clearly and ensures responses are considered and timely.

The enquiry form can be used for:

  • Questions about services or suitability

  • Booking enquiries for in-person or remote sessions

  • Starting, restarting, or transitional support

  • General information about working with Aletheia Equine

Please note that the form is not intended for urgent veterinary concerns or emergency situations.

To maintain clear communication and appropriate boundaries, enquiries are responded to during business hours only (Monday — Friday). Social media messages are not monitored for bookings or urgent enquiries. Clients with horses on our property will be kept updated via text or phone calls Monday — Sunday.

Once an enquiry is received, Maddie will review the information provided and respond as soon as practical. Where appropriate, follow-up questions may be asked to ensure the support offered is well suited to you and your horse. This helps ensure any work undertaken aligns with welfare, safety, and ethical considerations from the outset.
